Toronto Animation Arts Festival International (TAAFI)

An already established company within the animation industry, with a lot of history and clout among animators – the board members of the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International reached out to FITC to bring a new level of professionalism and organization to their yearly events including a Job Fair, Film Festival, and the newest addition, Industry – a two-day conference for animators to learn more from industry experts and panels. FITC was able to streamline the budget, revamp the tools needed for project management, and manage all on-site activities, leaving the members of the board to focus their passion where it makes the biggest difference – on community relations, and enjoying their hard work among fellow animation lovers.
